breakfast variety omelette station amazing location slow service inappropriate bartender missing staff
i loved that breakfast had so many options. there was fresh squeezed oj! and an omelette station. the location was amazing! it was close to everything, especially that fine beach.
the bar service was slow. sometimes, no one was even there! the bartender cursed when i ordered room service. also, the bartender said something very inappropriate to me, like 'you english are no good'.

dated rooms uncomfortable beds
The location was great and the view from my room was beautiful. The outdoor areas, including the terraces, were also quite nice.
The rooms felt very dated and not well-kept. The air conditioning barely worked, so the room was stuffy at night. The beds were very uncomfortable. I struggled to sleep .

great selection easy trips dated room cold wind
the bus stop right outside made trips into palma easy. breakfast had a great selection (especially the pastries).
the room felt a bit dated, and there was no evening sun on the balcony. the pool area got very windy by the sea, and it felt cold.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
slow bar service unprofessional staff
The breakfast offered many options.
I had issues with the bar service. Bartenders were slow and sometimes absent from the bar. On one occasion, a bartender cursed after delivering a room service order and made an offensive comment based on nationality (I'm not even English!). The slow, unprofessional service from the bar staff was disappointing (especially considering the cost of drinks).

clear water dinner location short walk
I found the direct sea access from the pool area a highlight. The water was beautifully clear with many fish. the breakfast and dinner location offered lovely views. The buffet was nice! a beautiful beach was also within a short five-minute walk.

polite reception ocean view room design dirty floor
i found the staff to be great. santi at the reception was very polite. the breakfast offered a wonderful view of the ocean. (i especially enjoyed this)
i was a bit disappointed with the room design. the rooms could use some decor. also, i found hairs in the bed from previous guests and the floor was not very clean.
